How do I check my remaining International Roaming balance?

To check the remaining balance and expiry of any International Roaming pack sms the word “Bal” to 179.

You will receive an sms notifications to let you know when you have used :

- 50% notification when you have depleted 50% of data volume, SMS volume or minutes volume

- 85% notification when you have depleted 85% of data volume, SMS volume or minutes volume

- 100% notification when you have depleted 100% of data volume, SMS volume or minutes volume.

Note the notifications you receive may be up to 48 hours old. If you are worried about roaming charges or think you will be using your mobile service a lot whilst overseas, we recommend that you purchase a pre-paid SIM card or eSIM from a local provider in your destination country.

Make sure to turn your phone off before swapping to a local SIM card.
